Product Description

The medical compression vest with molded cups, model VCM, is intended for use in postoperative Stage I, typically during the first 4–6 weeks following plastic, aesthetic, or reconstructive breast surgery, according to the recommendations of the attending medical specialist. It provides secure support, controlled compression, and a high level of comfort, with a seamless construction, and is designed for the period immediately after surgery.

The material is treated with antimicrobial technology, intended to help maintain textile hygiene during daily wear.

Indications for use

The VCM medical compression vest is recommended for postoperative use in Stage I, following the procedures listed below, according to medical indications:

-breast augmentation with implants

-mastopexy (breast lift)

-breast reduction

-breast reconstruction, including nipple–areola reconstruction, according to medical recommendations

Why molded cups

The molded cups, created using preforming technology, allow for uniform compression distribution and are especially recommended in situations where gentle and consistent support is required, including cases in which the nipple–areola complex has been reconstructed, according to the physician’s indications.

Characteristics

- Soft fabric and very high compression

- Adjustable wide straps with triple system of mos and baba and removable in front

- Front closure with three rows of hook and eye, for adjusting the degree of compression

- 5 cm wide band under the breast for support

- The vest has no seams, so that the skin does not feel discomfort immediately after the intervention

Instructions for use

Suitable for stage I of the postoperative stage, the compression medical vests are used as follows:

-Put on the compression vest with the front closure system.

-Close the male and female hooks one by one.

-Start closing the hook and eyes from bottom to top, choosing the most comfortable way for you.

-After adjusting the front closure, adjust the shoulder straps to be even and in the most comfortable position.

- The base of the vest must always be equal on the entire circumference of the body, respectively the front part must be at the same level as the back part.

Maintenance instructions

-Wash inside out with similar colors.

- Delicate wash with water at a temperature of 30C.

-before washing, close the hook & eyes, to prevent their damage.

- Do not use bleaches and conditioners.

-Do not iron.

-Do not spin dry

-Do not dry clean
